Cold water tank
The cold water tank (CWT) is designed for storing and preparing cold water used in brewing processes and equipment wash.
CWT is made of food grade stainless steel AISI-304. It is a cylindrical shell, a conical bottom and a torospherical or conical lid. The tank can be equipped with a spiral wound cooling jacket and automatic water temperature maintenance. Water cooling is provided by an external refrigerant similar to that used for CCT. The container is thermally insulated with rigid polyurethane foam and hermetically closed with an outer shell made of food grade stainless steel AISI-304.
