Pumping station with a bypass line
A pumping station with a bypass line (SBL) is used to work with the hydraulic network in conjunction with the HopSmart beer dry hopping unit. In addition, the device can be used to solve a wide range of operational tasks for the transportation of liquids in brewing industry.
Pumping station with a bypass line is made of food grade stainless steel AISI-304. The installation consists of a centrifugal pump, piping and a control panel combined on a mobile frame. A frequency controller is used to control the pump. The pipeline strapping with the help of valves allows to make reversal fluid flow without reconnecting the supply and discharge hoses. The reverse is necessary for periodic cleaning of the mesh filter separator of the Hopsmart during the dry hopping procedure.
