Brewing order

The brewing order is the heart of any brewery. Exactly here, malt and water turn into beer wort as a result of a complex technological process. Therefore, the quality of welding equipment is the most important guarantee of the quality of future beer.

Depending on the production conditions and the required volume of product output, the standard sizes and the list of elements of the cooking order will vary. There are several basic schemes for organizing the brewing process regarding the composition of the equipment. The most widespread in minibreweries is the three-vessel scheme, which allows up to 3 brews per day. The use of a five-vessel scheme makes it possible to significantly increase the volume of beer production (up to 8 brews per day) without increasing the occupied area significantly. Our company tries to design brewing procedures so that the customer can easily upgrade his complex from a three-vessel to a five-vessel as soon as it becomes necessary.

Three-vessel brewing kit contents:

  1. wort-brewing congesting machine (boiler).
  2. Filtration machine (filter vat).
  3. Whirlpool (hydrocyclone).
  4. Hot water tank.
  5. Heat exchanger.
  6. Installation kit.
  7. Service platform.
  8. Control box.

Five-vessel brewing kit contents:

  1. Congestive boiler.
  2. Filtration machine (filter vat).
  3. Buffer tank
  4. Wort boiler.
  5. Whirlpool (hydrocyclone).
  6. Hot water tank.
  7. Heat exchanger.
  8. Installation kit.
  9. Service platform.
  10. Control box.

All the vessels outside and inside are made of food grade stainless steel AISI-304. The heating of the hot water tank and the wort-brewing congesting boiler can be carried out both through steam jackets from an external steam generator, and through direct heating by heating elements inside the tank or using a built-in steam generator. Thermal insulation of heated containers is carried out only with rigid polyurethane foam.
Our company manufactures brewing orders serially with a capacity from 200 to 3000 liters per brewing.

  1. We do not skimp on metal. All tanks have more than one and a half times reserve in a useful volume. The filter vat screen is increased in diameter by default to fulfill any crafting fantasies of the customer. Beer with a density of up to 25% is brewed on our equipment.

  2. We do not skimp on components. All the fittings are impoorted from Europe. We make electrical boxes from food grade stainless steel. To exclude operator’s errors, a passive safety system is provided — dry running sensors on pumps, level sensors on heated tanks, end sensors on hatches, allowing to exclude the possibility of accidental activation of mixers.

  3. We know well how beer is brewed. Therefore, we invented and implemented the most convenient pipe strapping. Access to all taps is convenient, all pipelines are normally flushing. Flexible hoses are not used for the brewing process.

  4. We strive for the future. The control cabinet or remote operator panel is equipped with a modern touch screen monitor. It is possible to control the cooking process via the Internet. We are able to fabricate a cooking procedure with fully automatic control.

The cooking procedure is complicated set of equipment for the same design to fit all orders without exception. Each brewery always has its own nuances, requirements and restrictions that can be taken into account only after individual communication.
